Common Threadz

Common Threadz is a t-shirt company with a mission. They will donate a school uniform to a child in need for every garment they sell. This may not seem like an important cause off the bat, but as the founder and executive director Zac Folk states:

For millions of disadvantaged children in developing nations, clothing is something that can either prevent them from an education or provide them with a huge opportunity to change their lives. Through our own line of socially-conscious apparel, CommonThreadz has created a vehicle to help sustain our charities' mission while making what you wear an expression of what matters to you as well as a way to help someone who needs a hand up, not a hand out.

Common Threadz also works with local seamstresses in these nations, so they are also helping with employment issues too. They sell tees for both men and women as well as children's apparel. We really like their designs as well, so if you buy from them you get an awesome tee as well as a good feeling for helping out. Multi Strap Top by MK2K

The Multi Strap Top by MK2K looks like two tops in one. It is a double layered blouse with a scoop neck, ribbed banding at the bottom hem, straps detail and ribbed banding at the back, and no sleeves. It's quite unique without being weird or over the top!

The Cap Sleeve Blouse by Helmut Lang is an interesting blouse because you can wear the funnel collar either up or down. There's also cap sleeves and seven buttons down the front. If you need a white button down top, this is definitely a good one to consider!

Ella Moss has designed yet another pretty top that we want to buy up in every color. The Dalilah Tank is a silk and cotton mix with ruching at the two inch straps and floral embroidery at the bust. It is semi-sheer and available in three colors: wisteria, white, and spearmint.

The Newport Smock Cami by Ella Moss is a really cute tank that is perfect for so many different summer occasions. There's smocking around the entire chest, four buttons down the bust, an empire waist with rushing, and side pockets. It's available in two colors, bonfire and wisteria.

Christmas in July at Busted Tees

Busted Tees is having a Christmas in July promotion. Every day in the entire month they will be releasing one new design. The day it is released, it will be sold for $13.99. Floral Trim Hoodie by Free People

Free People can be a little too bohemian for the Shirt Snob sometimes, but they also give us some of our favorite tops. The Floral Trim Hoodie is definitely a favorite that we want right now. This hoodie pullover has ribbed banding at the V-neck, a floral print drawstring at the hood, ruching at the empire waist, rounded pockets at the hip, floral print trim at the waist and pockets, long sleeves, and ribbed banding at the cuffs. It sounds busy, but it really isn't. It's super cute though, and would be great for cooler nights or for the fall. Available in navy and heather grey.

Jilly Halter Top by Lauren Conrad

The Jilly Halter Top by Lauren Conrad is the perfect slinky and sexy top for summer. It has a scoop neck, knot detail at the straps, and is lined at the bust. It's available in three colors: black, blush, and wink.

Harmonize Top by Joie

We wrote about this top back in November, but now it's out in black! The Harmonize Top by Joie is a sheer peasant top with nine buttons down the front, floral embroidery at the placket, back and short sleeves, smocked elastic banding at the neck, bottom hem, and cuffs, and a tie at the wide neck. It sounds busy, but it actually doesn't look that complex, just fun to wear!

We've been really bad lately at updating you with new t-shirt designs, mostly because there hasn't been much new lately. So we're doing a big update right now. First up is The Ryde. They have two new designs, and we like Surf.
